I've been a weather junkie my whole adult life. I check my weather app first thing every morning, and I used to watch local and national weather on the big three every morning and evening. (I refuse to watch those stations at all anymore since "all-covid-all-the-time" disgustingly started playing in 2020.) What you see above is a screenshot of my local station's weather app as it appeared this morning and does on many mornings. The "Cloud Circles" only appear in the mornings and fade away as the day progresses. They are never in the same place and range across the U.S., except curiously, I've never seen them in the west coast states. I began seeing them a little over 2 years ago and I have tons of screenshots, but can only post 1 image here. I never saw anything like this before then. I believe these "Cloud Circles" to be weather seeding. They seem to always be adjacent to or embedded inside storm clouds. I will post some of these screenshots here over the next several days so you can see how randomly these things appear.
Is this HAARP in action?
This morning, this is the largest cluster of "Cloud Circles," but there is another cluster in ND, SD, MN, NE behind a storm front moving through IA and WI.
I do concrete in summer and plow snow in winter so I too am a weather junkie because my work depends on it. I dont often do the satellite views though. Daily, the radar is much more pertinent (along with the models put out). I will start looking at my satellite imagery and see if I can help you find a pattern.
I also work in the elements. You have to engage the "cloud and precipitation" layer to get the full picture. Look forward to having others putting eyeballs on this. It's why I decided to post. People need to know.
I live in south central Michigan and we usually have tons of "vapor trails" crisscrossing the skies. I have been outside almost every day over the last month and the skies have been blue. No vapor trails. Remember how blue the sky was on 9/11? Brilliant blue and very few clouds.
However we are experiencing a very early spring and unusually high temps. We all think that is HARP. What is your opinion on this phenomenon?
If this was an effort to INCREASE storm severity, it would seem that they would be done before a storm system moves in, not after. Perhaps they are experimenting on what they can do to the atmosphere when it is essentially dry, after a storm system moves through.
I've seen them both ahead of and behind storm fronts. It seems to me that it is an effort to increase the availability of moisture in the areas surrounding storms. The storm itself will gather that moisture into itself. I wonder if they seed it through temperature changes. I wonder how they do it.
In southern IN, I was driving through some of these on the way to work, approximately 6:45am as the sun is rising. On the road level, they appear as patchy fog but I see them most around large agricultural fields. Chemical vapor? Natural phenomenon? I dont know. I do know a local farmers spray "walked" onto my property and it curled even my oak tree leaves. Theyre having to use meaner stuff as the plants grow resistant.
They are in different areas each day. I don't have that kind of time in the mornings when these are apparent, but I'll take a closer look at a few of them out of curiosity. I really think it's more about directing where the moisture in the atmosphere will build. I hope that's all it is.
I was just curious to see if there was something in common beneath them that might cause the cloud circles. It could potentially be something that's in multiple locations that could be turned on/off (or whatever), which would account for different positions on different days. Just a wild thought...
Sometimes there is a small amount of movement but mostly they remain in the same area and dissipate over time as the morning becomes day. It's very odd.
I'm waiting to catch one over my home so I can go out and look up. They have been over my home quite a few times as I live in the south, which seems to be a hot spot, but I leave before sun-up when working
I think those are power generation plants that are coordinated to fire up simultaneously, probably to generate clouds, but under the guise of meeting demand.

HAARP in action or cover for ET craft??
Bigfoot farts
Well, if it's ETs, there's a shitload of 'em! Kek!
hope they come take over we couldn't be any worse off than we are now lol
Maybe they'll just swallow up FJB and company...
FJB will give them indigestion like the rest of the country
and if FJB farts like he did at that meeting poor ET is a gonner .....poison gas attack
Especially since he spews noxious gas out of both ends.
Overlay this with flightradar from the same time periods or rather a few hrs before and see what planes cross the area of the cloud
falsipitation

They are using these HAARP installation to ramp up the severity of the thunder storms to push their global warming lies.
My fellow Americans, the storms are upon us.
Yes, they always seem to be positioned around storm fronts.

It might be helpful to find out what is located directly below the circles, since they don't seem to move.

do they move over time? or stay still?

Weather equipment glitch. It happens all the time. Looks like bad color keying as well.
Those are clearly photoshopped in.
