I couldn't tell you any films that are in theaters right now.
JOMO is good.
"I couldn't tell you any films that are in theaters right now."
That's funny, neither can I.
I actively look for entertainment made before 2000, 2010 max.
Lots of good stuff. Just picked up a copy of Ford Fairlane.
I love it when they are falling off the building and Ford says " my hair".
I love The Adventures of Ford Fairlane. I really like the diceman from this era. Saw him live once and it was very funny. I tried repeating his jokes to other people and it just wasn't funny. It's not what he says, it's who he is and how he said it.
I understand that if we know their name now then they must have done something to get their fame. I get it. But, damnit, we're allowed some enjoyment from the memories we have from when we were younger and we didn't know any of this stuff.
The ark of the covenant was made from pagan gold.
You didn't really think they'd kill the fluckin' koala bear, now did ya?
I watched ‘The Fall Guy’ in theaters this weekend. It was excellent! No woke BS. But I love watching Hollywood fail. It’s completely irrelevant at this point.
Wait till AI takes over for the actors/actresses, the writers, producers and directors “Oh No”
i can't wait until the masses find out their "idols" are evil satanists pedophiles that torture and sacrifice babies.
Meanwhile, advertising traffic for non-woke products is up 224% across the board on pirate websites.
They have trained people not to bother.
Even if a movie is good, whatever, it's just not worth the effort. Like you wouldn't go to a steakhouse for a chance of a good steak if 90% of the "steaks" they served were actually little pieces of dry pig shit.
Unfortunately tinseltown is still not listening to the folks!
The last movie I saw in a theater was in 2014
Awesome meme.
2005 was probably the last time I've been to a theater. And I rarely went before that.
I rarely go to the theater, but I did go see Furiosa on Sunday.
How was it, would you recommend it?
I would, especially if you like seeing big action movies in the theater. It wasn't quite as good as Fury Road, but the action and craziness is there and it leads right up to the events in Fury Road.
If you enjoy the "Mad Max" series of films, I would. It takes a bit to get moving, & there was way more CGI. Although, the action scenes were just as epic from "Fury Road". Thankfully, I still walked out entertained.
