Speculation is .. classified order for Continuity of Government. Posse Comitatus? His speech at the end of the day lends credence to the latter… “Everyone go home.”

This has been my position since I first saw it on Jan 6.
More than one possibility. One is the dirt that will make people compliant. It would no longer have to be presented. Just sitting there can now do the job.
