I know they are between a rock and a hard place and most likely don’t have money to sue and get a stay on shutting off their water. Why won’t some lawyer with integrity step up and take this case pro bono or maybe the Alliance Defending Freedom? Not only is it sad, but a threat to people who pay taxes on their homes/land that you can’t do what you want with your land. You are merely a renter to a landlord who will bring you to your knees on a whim and for a few pieces of silver to the elected official. The governor is allowing the mining companies to come in and do this to the farmers and in turn to we the people, because it will effect the food chain and jobs.
Methinks they picked the wrong state to foist this on. Just took a trek through Idaho. Idahoans value their freedom as a state more uniformly than most of the US.

This is as real as it gets. This is the area I live in East Idaho. It would be great to see ranchers and farmers from all over Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Utah, and surrounding states all rally around these Idaho Farmers and Ranchers like they did for the Bundy Ranch a few years back.
That is what we need, masses of good people coming together and telling the out of control Federal and State governments to get out.
