New presumptive VA ratings for ALL vaccines military men and women have taken over past 60 years. Pass this bill now. Automatic 30 percent rating for every victim.
And also for all veterans/civilian employees of the DOD and government that had to get shots or lose their jobs while continuing to serve as civilians!!!!!!!!!

The problem with the vaccine mandate order was that it was issued at the highest level and there was no one to overrule it. It is not like the lower level officer who can be promptly fired when he makes a mistake. The person who gave this order would have to demonstrate leadership and admit the mistake and correct it despite the career consequences. At the top, we currently have a political military and It is much easier to pretend that all is well, suffer the casualties and move on to that lucrative second career with a defense contractor. Young soldiers like the specialist in this story deserve better leaders. God help us if we ever get involved in another major war.
The Jab was still experimental and people had a rght to refuse. Those orders were illegal when forcing them to take the jab. Where have we heard I was only following orders before ?
