Well, we are concerned that illegals would be used to ignite the violence against us so DS could get their ways. Now I believe we may add to that pool an army of bureaucrats fearing the loss of their cushy jobs and perks
It means that administrative judges are toast. Those judges aren't judges are all, but are gov't-agency bureaucrats used to: issue administrative subpoenas that get compliance by intimidation instead of by authority; trap people into a bureaucrat-run arbitration biased towards their policy instead of the agency proving their case before a court; and generally circumvent the judicial system entirely.
What about companies that are partnered with the military? Have a friend that works for such a company and was forced to get the vaxx or get fired, and yes they did fire the ones who didn’t get it by the date set. My friend got the shot on the very last day, hoping she would be able to find a new job before that date, but couldn’t find any jobs (and I mean any jobs, she applied everywhere that was hiring and even some that weren’t, even some out of town/state), she is a single mom, at the time her son was still dependent on her. I can tell you she didn’t want to get the vaxx and is pissed about it still.
With that it will be nearly impossible for an employeer to mandate a "vaccine" again. The only reason the could is by chevron doctrine.
I think Chevron Doctrine is one of those "catchall" doctrines that they can use as an excuse to do what they want.

Looks that way, but you might have to re-argue each regulation - not sure.

Hannity said that any regulation already in place remains, it only affects cases going forward.
There’s going to be a lot of new court cases coming in the near future.
Every single regulation backed by chevron that tries to be enforced just needs a lawsuit immediately filed.
There has to be some lawyers willing, but maybe not seeing how they’ll destroy anyone willing to help trump see a fair trial

Does this stop hospitals from requiring the vax for employment?
Congress is going to do real work now. The administrative state cannot rule any longer.
