Hit them with cease and desist orders, and force them to retract false statements. Make them eat crow in front of the public.
Public retraction, on air all day, on the ticker at the bottom. And primetime special announcement.
Defamation of character LAWSUIT
Sorry for the twitter post.
Trump lawyer Will Scharf makes an important point.
Trump is not a convicted felon until he's sentenced by Judge Merchan.
And the sentencing has been delayed and possibly cancelled all together. Media outlets should be careful with their language.
All they needed were the headlines, which they got - when it's thrown out it will be on the back of the newspaper in some subsection, like "oh and the courts dropped Trump's charges"
Disagree. They'll be melting down over that as well.
Yes, but we got the most iconic jail photo of all time 😂🤣😂
EDIT:
So did Judge Merchant accept the jury's verdict yet?
I was assuming he did, but I guess they would've made a big deal out of that, wouldn't they... very dasting.
Just like Kyle Rittenhouse, although presumed innocent, was not found "Not Guilty" on the charges, until the judge read the verdicts, agreed with them, and dismissed the case against him.

Two, the Bluebird has been liberated from Cabal control and is now a powerful instrument in the hands of patriots.
= No apology necessary or warranted

The number of actual lying this time around in the election ads from the Democrats is actually substantially worse than what I saw in Hillary vs Trump or even Biden vs Trump part 1.
They already knew that, they screamed "convicted felon" right away to try to scare the pearl clutchers away from him. They didn't expect that their posts on Twitter would be mostly met with "fuck you, still voting for him."
Many years ago when the Enron corporation was forced into bankruptcy, the Chairman Ken Lay was convicted on multiple counts of fraud. The government was attempting to recover the assets he improperly accumulated due to the fraud but prior to formal sentencing and an appeal, he died of a heart attack. His estate challenged the government's attempt to take his assets and after much litigation, it was ruled that he had a constitutional right to pursue at least the first level of appeal before the conviction was final and since he died before he had the opportunity to appeal the case was dismissed in its entirety and he died as an innocent man under law. This was an interesting case and many who lost their life savings were very upset that his widow walked away with around 50 million dollars they expected to recover. My memory of the details has faded but I believe the controlling issue was a person's right to complete the first level of appeal before conviction was final. That was a federal case and President Trump's case is at the state level but the Constitution is still applicable.
Can he please sue all the liberals on Fakebook that are spreading the "felon" crap? I am glad to hear this, even though the people that bought the "I'm voting for the felon" shirts are going to regret it....
Nah those shirts will become limited collectors items.
So Trump should fire up the legal team and start suing media outlets for slander or libel? I'm not exactly how claims of reputational damage work when your poll numbers go up, but I'm sure he's suffered some measurable harm.
Just came to say that very thing...
Aw! Thanks for the clarification.
That shark-like grin at 0:38... If I was the MSM I'd be terrified. xD
Sue them into bankruptcy.
Any lawyerfags here?
