I think I see a scheme where Michigan SOS is padding their voter roll. My son turned 16 a week ago. Today, in the mail he received a form to preregister to vote. Tell me why they want him to register to vote 2 years in advance. Legal voting age is 18. Look at the bottom left section of this form.

It's not about them voting at all. Most of them know better than to go vote illegally. What this does is put another body on the voter rolls so they can be voted FOR by the people who don't care about breaking the law.

My 17 year old received one for the 2020 election. At the time, I was like "here we go again with these democrats...". I knew there were RINOs, but not at the level I've learned about over the past 3.5 years. Since then I've watched at vote counting in Detroit with the GOP providing a couple of "batboy level" lawyers that did nothing for election fraud, after giving us multiple time-sucking ventures that never had any chance of succeeding. Same thing with our legal system, we've outed lawyers, judges and sheriffs. We've been able to pick away at all the different ways "they" (state GOP RINOs, haven't gone after a democrat yet that I can think of) have come up with over this time, and it's getting real clear who the bad actors are (although I suspect a few more are possible). Exposing all this has definitely been a labor of love of country.
In my state I've gotten 3 "mail in voting request" forms already. Not a single one was from the state. They were all from "action groups" that are made to look conservative but are all actually funded by left wing super pacs. Be very careful people and never sign up for mail on voting!!

They need names/bodies to place on ballots to appear legal. It doesn't matter beyond that. They already know the courts won't look into it and the media runs cover.
My two 20-something kids each received mail in ballot request forms (WI). They have no need for that...

Other states allow pre-registration of 16 & 17 year olds so that they are fully registered by the time they turn 18. Some states even allow 17 year olds to vote in primary elections if they will be 18 by the general election.
Pre-registration eases the burden on local election officials by spreading out the registrations over a few years rather than having them all at once in an election year.

It doesnt… It quite literally says “I certify that I am: ‘At least 16 years old [Not 18] and will only vote in elections after I turn 18’”.
