He didn't say that Neuralink is fake. What he said is technology like Neuralink only works temporarily, as the brain eventually builds up scar tissue around it.
He talks about diet. He says the ones that heal or no longer need surgery don’t smoke, eat less salt, eat mostly plant based real foods, sleep well and have a good family support system.
I agree that eating real food will change your life but I’ve been on carnivore for 8 months and my body has completely changed.
I’ve watched hundreds of interviews of people going carnivore. They all started with a plant based real food diet and say that it helped mostly by quitting junk food but they really improved on carnivore.
Low carb, ketogenic diets heal all sorts of issues from type 2 diabetes to degenerative joint issues, skin problems, epilepsy, brain fog, etc.
Vegans and vegetarians have the highest rates of cavities and dental work. If our body was meant to eat a plant based diet, our teeth would be able to handle it, instead they rot.
He sounds like a quitter. We just need a new electrode that is bio based and tricks body into thinking its part of them. We see that today with cancer.
As someone who spent several years in the early 90's plunging electrodes into rat brains, and growing neurons out over copper arrays, I can tell you that people have completely misrepresented what he said.
Everything he said is correct.
But, the conclusions written in the Tweet and this headline are completely wrong. What he is saying is that the current technology that is being attempted is still inherently limited and not yet ready for prime time. It was even more limited back in the 90's, and those same issues are still present in the industry today.
That does not mean it is impossible. Merely that challenges still remain, and in his opinion is unlikely to be a realistic area for mass human adoption (and a thriving practice) given the current state of technology.
I personally would never allow an implant in my brain anyway, but just as we failed for decades getting organ transplants to be accepted until we finally stumbled upon a methodology to keep them from getting rejected, all it takes is a breakthrough in grafting to make this technology possible as well.
He doesn't believe Neuralink can overcome the inherent realities safely and consistently with their current approach. And Neuralink wouldn't be the first company that over promised in order to keep the funding coming in. But don't mischaracterize what he said.
I want to re-read Michael Crichton’s The Terminal Man, the 1970s equivalent of Neuralink. His novels (Andromeda Strain, Jurassic Park, West World) all seem to have been early red-pills that warned against military-developed viruses, the hazards of the pharmaceutical system, hubris, and the problem of our need for violent and sexualized entertainment.
The Johnathan Nolan series West World took all of these themes and put them together. I think it’s worth pointing out that the West World show has a relevant second season where the robots escape the park to find freedom and punish their makers.
Only, when the robots get outside of the park, they realize everything is imprisoned and all humans are enslaved. Everyone is controlled and pre-destined to live restricted and repetitive lives, not just robots. The autistics (and neurodivergent Outliers and non-conformists) have been outright killed or frozen.
I have no idea if Jonathan Nolan had prior knowledge of the Q op, or during production was inspired by Q, or just happened to independently come to the same conclusion as Q, but the show has a plot that depicts what the world would be like in about 40 years if autistic people don’t stop the cabal and shut down social media and AI in the right sequence.
I can’t prove it, but I get the impression that Q influenced the second season of West World show.
It happens in a timeline where Q didn’t happen (or failed). The show was in production from 2016-2022.
And Elon purchased Twitter during the final season of Westworld. His second wife is the woman who introduced you to West World. Jonathan Nolan filmed the inspirational SpaceX film in addition to writing and producing West World.

I know, but the reality is, those same limitations are why NeuraLink will never work.
Thus he said it. without saying it directly.
Agree?
Not exactly. He doesn't seem to think that it's fake or a scam from what I can tell. He seems to think that it's just doomed to failure.
Only time will tell if he's right.

Ultimately the killers are carbs and sugars. If you cut them off, plant / meat balanced diet is perfectly fine.
Carnivore is the way to go. Changed my life.

What about a combination as nature intended? There's a reason a mango tastes so amazing.
Someone else posted the full video and its fantastic: https://greatawakening.win/p/17te9kmRCa/back-surgeon-quit-because-diet-w/c/
Yep, thats where I seen it, when he said that part though, I had to clip it!
:-)
True, electrode/neuron connections are a dead end but wirelss connections are the route they are going.
Why do you think the Vax contained graphene? it is a semi-conductor that grows in a lattice structure. Programmable?
Think 0's and 1's, electron gates, wireless transmission of data such as hormone levels in the hippocampus.
It's gone on X. Elon loves censorship.
Still there
He sounds like a quitter. We just need a new electrode that is bio based and tricks body into thinking its part of them. We see that today with cancer.
But hes right currently.
