Any opinions on effectiveness of this ‘Nature’s Ozempic’?

I am always suspicious of any weight loss item that says “…with diet and exercise…”
Because reality is that they're all a crutch of sorts and won't do the job alone, they may just be useful in helping you stick to it long enough to develop better habits. If you just keep stuffing your face you'll overwhelm the benefits of what it's trying to do.
Fasting - Nature's Ozempic™️
I use it daily, at 1000mg/day I definitely notice a decrease in appetite and some days I hardly feel like even having dinner if my lunch was big enough. It's also got evidence of improving LDL/HDL ratio, improving insulin sensitivity, improving gut microbiome and suppressing colon cancer from forming. The amount of extra fat you lose while taking it with diet and exercise is not huge maybe an extra 3-4% but if it helps you stick to it to form better ongoing habits it could be worth it. Also unlike ozyempic you won't just immediately regain the weight if you go off of it.
I have to agree! I take the same dosage and I noticed shrinkage in my love handle area and my stomach. Granted, the combination of exercise and the effects of not feeling hungry at times helps.
I'm thinking berberine works differently for everyone and I haven't had a negative side effect from it, so......I just hope it works with clearing out the arteries 👍
Some people use it mostly as a fasting aid: the decrease in hunger reduces how much willpower is needed to stick to the schedule. Eventually they adapt as their insulin sensitivity improves and don't need it anymore.
Also there have been medical studies where they found that it reversed arterial calcification: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8661030/
Thanks I was researching whether worth looking into
I have been taking berberine for 6 months and decided to take a 2 week break. I could definitely tell that it curbed my appetite when I took it and I didn't have the urge to snack and I lost some weight. Being off 2 weeks that snack monster was sitting on my shoulder again. Started taking it again today.
Yes, I do feel less desire to snack between meals after going up to 1000mg/day. I'm trying 1500mg/day now to see if I bust through this current fat-loss plateau plus reintroduced 3000mg/day of CLA. I still feel hungry sometimes but it's easier to ignore it.
I take this and can tell you it does make me feel full or not as hungry, I’ve been able to maintain my goal weight using this (along with exercise and cutting out sugar and heavy carbs tho). Didn’t use it to lose weight, so I’m not sure if it would do it alone.
Thanks
Has some good anti-cancer properties
And antimicrobial and antiparasitic.
Another option for GLP-1 action is Amarasate aka CaloCurb
