So many people, for years now, were saying they would replace Biden. Although for some reason everyone is doing victory laps today, acting like their favorite pundit was the only one who called it. Not sure what that's about.
But I distinctly recall a handful of people who were adamant that they were going to go with Biden to the finish no matter what Obama, Hillary, or anyone else wanted. Frankly I'm not even sure what conclusion to draw about the people who took that position, but for whatever reason it seems like it would be useful info.

I am one of them, and I will stick to my guns. A LOT can happen between now and election day.
interesting take! there must be a reason they let the vegetable carry on so long. i assumed it was because there's too much dirt on all the alternatives. for Kamala i thought it was mostly her atomic levels of cringe keeping them from letting her run. you think that's enough for her to implode and have Biden brought back in the race? or is there more?
there's also the letterhead issue. maybe Biden didn't really step down and this was a soft coup. I can definitely see that falling apart.
anyways. this movie is getting good, that's for sure
The world has always run on optics, but up until now all the players co-operated with the optics as decided by their "democracy of 300".
But when things get messy, whats to stop from co-opting the optics ? Whoever makes the first move gets the advantage. If the others dont play along, they risk exposing this whole game - and perhaps thats the point now.
Brian Cates said over a month ago that it was too late to replace Biden because of state party rules and that Kamala couldn’t assume the campaign funds.
I thought they were going to replace Biden after two years, but Kamala was so incompetent and unlikable they had to keep him until it got too bad to fake any longer.
I don’t think Joe has a clue what’s going on. The man literally said hours, not days, before this he was looking forwards to the campaign trail. And was absolutely not stepping aside. Can Jill muster up enough to fight back? Can Joe rattle the cage one last time?
I'm like Oblakhan. I thought WH's were using Biden to show us how bad it would be.
So, what was your point again?
Eight days after an assassination attempt on Trump and 3 weeks from his crash in the debate. They said enough is enough
Let’s apply the 48 rule to this. I don’t think this is a tight little bow that they have created.
we all kinda knew this would happen it was not a matter of if it was when and how....
Well I was wrong if it turns out he really stepped down. I didn't think he would step down. I believed the whitehats wanted to force the Dems into removing him.
If they did remove him, they apparently are trying to hide it. I don't think that will go well for them if it was not his desire to quit.

I have never seen anyone say they were voting for Biden on this board.
...that's obviously not what OP means.
