She's probably also laughing because individuals don't seem to know or care that one of her own apparent ancestors was a jamaican slave owner who owned well over 100 slaves.
She's probably also laughing because individuals don't know that her own father was a marxist professor emeritus at Stanford University, which would help explain why she felt it was appropriate to post information on XDev telling individuals how to raise funds so they could let the violent rioters and looters of 2020 out of jail after the George Floyd incident swept the nation.
She's probably also laughing because she knows her side frequently clutches their pearls over Trump's alleged affairs without realizing that Kamala Harris herself had an affair with San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown back in the nineties when he was 61 and she was only 31.
She's probably also laughing because media outlets like axios frequently claimed that she was never in charge of the border when axios themselves called her the border czar only a few years ago.
She's probably also laughing because her strong messaging to individuals who would cross into this country illegally was, and I quote, don't come.
She's probably laughing predominantly because she knows that her voters vote with emotions instead of with critical thinking skills.
And honestly, if I knew that voters on my side would not know or care about the information I just told you and would instead turn and attack someone like me for bringing them to light, I'd probably be laughing all the time, too.”
She laughs for the same reason people say "um". It's because she has run out of words and is buying time while she thinks of what comes next. It's like Joe saying "well, anyway" when his brain farts.
Laughing is a sign of supplication. When people tell jokes and then laugh at them before the person telling them, can, it shows inferiority to that person. Harris is inferior and knows it.
Laughing can also be a derisive denial of what is being said, or though. Watch a liberal attempt to debate and defend their positions. Odds are they will open each rebuttal with a laugh - fake, derisive, insulting, because that is their only defense. They know their talking points are not reasonable, logical and they have seen the results of their own policies.
So all they can do is deride, insult, malign the opposing view; and the laugh is one tool they use - almost exclusively
If I had to guess, it's probably because she presents herself as an african american woman when she's actually a woman of jamaican and indian descent.
"Jamaican" isn't a race, it's a nationality. The vast majority of Jamaica's population are decended from slaves brought over from the sub-sahara regions of Africa.
Do people really not know that? Or are they just looking for a reason to criticize her in some way? Because there are plenty of legitimate reasons to criticize her than which racial group of her ancestors she identifies with.
It's really no different than US citizens who choose to identify themselves with a specific nationality, rather than all of them. Imagine criticizing someone who wears a "Kiss Me, I'm Irish!" t-shirt when their ancestors are from Scotland, Wales, and Ireland.
If Harris grew up in a community/family where black people were the majority of the demographics and it was their culture she was immersed in, then there is no reason she shouldn't be able to say she's "African-American" (though I think "African-American" should mean American citizens who are originally from Africa. I'm hoping people will just go back to classifying them as "black").
And it's perfectly OK for someone to identify with more than one culture. Like how I can wear both "Kiss me, I'm Irish!" and "Kiss me, I'm Italian!", depending on my mood and/or who I was hanging out with at the time.
Just to be clear, I'm not defending Harris. I just think its a big reach to criticize someone like this. First off, it's just ignorant to think "Jamaican" is a race. Second, it's ignorant to think that people from the big ethnic melting pot are allowed just one group of ancestors to belong to. And last, there are plenty of things that Harris has done to actually damage the US to be critical of. Whatever her race is and which group of ancestors she feels she has the most in common with doesn't hurt anyone.

Her laugh is a nervous laugh because she has nothing of value and the media cover is running just short of stopping.
Exactly!
She laughs for the same reason people say "um". It's because she has run out of words and is buying time while she thinks of what comes next. It's like Joe saying "well, anyway" when his brain farts.
She laughs to avoid answering or end a topic. Plus she's deranged.
Laughing is a sign of supplication. When people tell jokes and then laugh at them before the person telling them, can, it shows inferiority to that person. Harris is inferior and knows it.
What does it mean when I laugh at my own jokes when nobody else does 🙃
Right there with you bro

Jamaican Plantation (slave) owner decent.
Laughing beats crying! 😢
