We need to make a list of things we want to see Trump do on day 1. Here's some starters to deal with the corrupted IC
Remove all security clearances of every CIA, since POTUS cannot dissolve indep. agencies (only congress)--this will stymie them
Make an EO that makes it a fed violation for them to obtain secret information by other means (it's already illegal); and then tell NSA to HYPERSURVEIL every CIA employee to catch them trying to proxy / bypass their lack of clearance
Agencies that were never authorized to begin with should be under POTUS's purview to shut them down. At the very least, he can issue an executive order to the effect that everyone in those agencies are prohibited from activities POTUS chooses to outline.
