Exactly. This much incompetence, as was the JFK assassination, is on purpose. Fail just enough to get Trump shot by a fall guy. No telling who else has been “dealt with” since all this went south.
The "shooter" is just the patsy - the fall guy. The story they put out. He may not have even had real bullets in his gun. The real shooter was elsewhere (the water tower?) and by the grace of God, missed.
Buttler police are basically saying there not taking the fall for this.

If the plan was to assassinate Trump, why pick such a horrible shooter? To any remotely trained shooter that shot at Trump is automatic.
