I'm assuming that this is a quote from Ol' Cackles herself? Then, I would make one suggestion, cos if it is a Harris quote, the meme may be slightly ambiguous.
So, a dirty big arrow pointing down at Harris might refine it a tad. To point out, visually "THIS is the thing to be discarded!"
But I only say this because that's the sort of process my brain goes through when I draft and develop mah memes.
Either way, this is a top class job. It's got design chops, flow, visual impact, great choice of pic, good color selection, overall unity.

This makes it look like it's a quote from Kamala. What you need instead is a visual of something being discarded, especially if it's from a funny scene or being done in a funny way, and then label it as Kamala or put her face on it.
