Possible paths to Presidency in order of current estimated probability:
PATH1: (PUBLIC, Speaker of House, in line for Presidency, controls Certification of 2024 Election and can force certification of his own win or oversee House contingent election of himself in event of not getting 270 electoral votes): Speaker Johnson has an out, and if installed as Speaker by September 17, 2024, Trump can counter September 18 jail sentence. Also (overlooked) SoH controls all of D.C. and can order National Guard deployment to stop all violent protesters (via proper request to C-I-C, or holder of C-I-C authority which may be himself).
-Article I, Section 6, Clause 1
This is presumed to apply to Speaker of the House even though the SoH does not need to be a sitting elected representative. There may be a SCOTUS fight over application of this to an unelected Representative SoH which likely would be won by Trump. "Felony conviction" technically does not occur until sentencing on September 18. Fight over the BS felony continues, and could also be undone or delayed by SCOTUS during appeal. We may see "Breach of the Peace" claims by Deep State, but Trump has not been charged with this as far as I know in any of the lawfare against him.
PATH2: (PUBLIC, ELECTION NOT REQUIRED, SCOTUS REMEDY FOR 2020): SCOTUS imposed remedy for stolen 2020 election is installation of Trump/Pence for 4 year term with court-ordered military enforcement with or without a 2024 election. [Probability is rising that Deep State will use a "foreign cyberattack" on Friday, November 1 to "postpone" the election indefinitely]
Two of three LAW precedents have been set already for rigged or interfered with elections:
Redo required - precedent set in one of the state cases (Louisiana?)
Paper ballot "backup" to "hacked machines"- precedent set in Virginia via Governor EO
NOT SET YET - military supervision due to "foreign cyberattack"; likely would be set after November 1, and would be last precedent needed to allow National Guard supervision of delayed election if it is not already in place (paper ballots, hand counted by precinct).
PATH3: (PUBLIC, Republican Party Candidate for POTUS): All attempts to block his nomination have been successfully countered, and RNC has been taken over and co-opted to engage in lawfare in favor of election integrity to the dismay of all the RINOs that got purged and just endorsed Kamala. Moves have been made in several "tossup states" to make it more difficult to cheat. Democrat opposition to RFK Jr. being removed from the ballot sets precedent for not removing Trump (if put in jail) AND not removing Biden, diluting Kamala votes. Some states have passed unlawful rules (Colorado) preventing write-in votes in attempt to block write-in candidates that they remove from the ballot from winning.
PATH4: (NONPUBLIC, SPLIT/DEVOLVED C-I-C & DEEP STATE KNOWS): Devolution as C-I-C in exile with authority callback from Combatant Commanders. This path is a "safety" if Deep State tries something really crazy. Optics for this path are not really desirable as it appears to be a military coup. Military appears to be holding nuclear codes and preventing Deep State from taking certain actions (attempted false flags) with the military (since January 20, 2021). Military DoD "advisors" being installed into each campaign appears to be a whitehat move to monitor all Deep State actors directly. This may be as public as devolution gets.

We are witnessing one of the greatest political/military enveloping maneuvers of all time. Each path is being beefed up continually to create a tighter and tighter DEEP STATE maneuvering space with gradually increasing probability of PATRIOT success for EACH of the paths happening simultaneously.

Ty. This is an update of a previous post where I was tracking only 3 paths. The SCOTUS remedy appears to be a real option in the event of NO ELECTION for whatever reason, so I added it.
There is some evidence that in a “state of war” or “foreign invasion”, the US Republic military has jurisdiction over civilian courts including SCOTUS. This may manifest as a “supervisory role to ensure protection of the Republic” rather than a direct, obvious, public display, especially during the Nov-Jan “transition period” where the US military appears to have “elevated Constitutional authority” of some kind. It is possible that there is a US Corp military AND a US Republic military both operating simultaneously.
Trump becomes House Speaker. Biden suffers debilitating health issue. Kamala is proved to be born in Jamaica. Trump becomes President and beats Tim Walz fifty states to none in November. I can dream, can't I?

Given that he is CIC while not officially being "president", I would say anything is possible.
He appears to be a “private citizen” holding some sort of “C-I-C callback authority”. As most recent CIC, there appears to be some sort of COG authority that former CICs hold. I would characterize it as “emergency Chairman” sort of role. Trump appears to have replaced George HW Bush Sr. In this role (that George created for himself) in addition to splitting the President and C-I-C roles and devolving authority to Combatant Commanders.
No obvious prohibitions to him holding both positions except the poor optics (if public) of massive accumulation of power by one man and his backers.
Thanks for the explanation. Very interesting. It wasn't too long after the 20 election that I started hearing some folks talk about moving on from it and plan for 24. And counter to that was the crowd saying fix the 20 election first. It took many until Trump announced his run for 24 to realize that 20 wasn't going to be corrected at this moment. I notice the same thing with the SOH avenue. Some brought it up a few years back and others said no way because of optics if for no other reason. So far the 24 crowd was on the right track. Wonder if the SOH will be also.
It appears to be 'Game Theory' at play. No matter what the Deep State decides to do in their "limited playpen" they have been placed in, they are cornered now, and Trump has multiple paths back to a public Presidency and one path back (failsafe) that would be private Presidency transitioned to public (if that ripcord needs to get pulled). It is quite a clever setup, imo.
Apparently 2021-2025 is a very important time period for some things to get taken care of behind the scenes without the public spotlight on them like 2017-2021. Remedy for 2020 had to be delayed to allow that to play out. Best way to delay this stuff is put military behind the scenes in supervisory role in a "state of war" declared on us by globalists/Deep State (circa March 2020) instead of a very public military spectacle that would look like a coup no matter what. Unseen, unheard, and deniable by everyone directly and indirectly involved (anons) while 500,000+ indictments get stacked up (currently the count is ~470,000 sealed, ~36,000 unsealed; most are likely election fraud, treason, spying, and human trafficking).

Unless there are moar sleepers on both sides of the aisle, Trump would never get voted in as speaker. Between the dims and the rinos, not gonna happen.
It appears to be on the table, but might be a continued feignt to create panic and allow Johnson to make required moves with Trump as “stalking horse” worse option threat if Deep State does not cooperate.
Trump appears to hold enough puppet strings to force RINOs and even Dems to vote the right way, but it might reveal too much if it appears too easy or happens too quickly prior to Sep17.
Also, Sep18 could be neutralized in other ways, negating the need to deploy the SoH option right now, but it seems high probability at this point that it will be used prior to Jan 6, 2025 certification.
