Currently, it's microwave popcorn with extra melted butter smothered all over.
I know microwave isn't the healthiest, but given that, the Aldi brand Clancy's is the best.
But we do the stovetop popper with coconut oil and butter, yuge bowl to drizzle melted butter
I'm going with a caramel and cheddar mix.
Gonna make some homemade caramel corn and dust it with some cheese seasoning... cheese and caramel is my second favorite combo..... right behind the cheesy/grape candy coated combo popcorn i had 1 time as a tweenager in the Wisconsin Dells like 15 years ago..... 11/10 and i haven't found any since....

I've been saving & clarifying bacon grease for the special occasion.
Bacon flavored popcorn is yummy.
I'll need to try this. I save my bacon grease but never thought of using it for popcorn. I typically use it when pan frying a steak to seal the outside to keep the juice in

I just bought Amish Country Popcorn - 10 (1 Lb Bag) Variety Gift Set Bundle (Red, Blue, Medium White, Midnight Blue, Purple, Ladyfinger, Baby White, Rainbow, Medium Yellow, and Mushroom). I haven't tried all of them, yet. The rainbow was the first one I popped. I really liked it. I do the same thing as you with the coconut oil and Amish butter. I go one step further with the butter. I brown it. Browning the butter takes it to a whole new level.

Old school style. I planted organic, non-gmo jiffy pop in my garden and harvested so much popcorn I'm good for quite a while. LPT, get the oil hot before placing the popcorn in the pan. Lots of butter and salt to top it off

If you haven't tried it yet, Amish Caramel Corn melts in your mouth. Sooo good!
Stale popcorn - bought way to long ago that is rotten and gross.
I have microwave popcorn and the old style in case the power is out.
It’s good to have more than one option. In case we’re stuck in 10 days of darkness, you can still cook it on your stove. Or a camping stove.
