Subject basically says it all. Been reading a little about this substance and ordered a small bottle mixed in olive oil to try. All sorts of health attributions but if you're not familiar, I know everyone here is capable of doing their own research and evaluation of the various claims.
Just wondering if any Frens have tried it and have any good or bad experiences they could share.
Hello, I research pharmacokinetics and pharmcodynamics of various phytochemicals, drugs, etc. What is your goal? And what info would you like on carbon60

Clinical Use Considerations:
My main interest is in anti-inflammatory properties.
Really just interested in other's experiences. Can't tell anymore what's real or not on the web - this place is at least slightly more trustworthy.
If you are looking for anti-inflammatory effects I would suggest Nano-curcumin specifically this one: https://a.co/d/2mKmdQU Remove it from its shell directly into your mouth (tastes good)
Another would be: Body Protective Compound 157 https://a.co/d/1UPmC5G
Let me know and I will write up a clinical review on them for you
Thanks boo - always appreciate your extra sauce 👍🏻
I know this will sound 👽 but I think that's part of the plan with Q; to stir things up SO much, that we don't 'trust' anyone else but ourselves & God. to allow our bodies to heal naturally. our faith triggers something...
I researched this heavily in 2018 and came to the conclusion that I didn't know enough to trust it. Do a deep dive on how it resonates with certain frequencies of light. Residence is not always a good thing and can sometimes induce heating detrimental to biological structures.

How do you feel about peptides? I am taking BPC 157 for Achilles tendonitis and this far have had really good results.
I have no opinion. I'm definitely not expert, I just try various supplements to see if they have any effect on me. Primarily looking for reduction in allergies/inflammation and anosmia. But also general health and well-being.
Did a quick dig on BPC157. Sounds interesting. Have some shoulder pain that makes push-ups and bench presses difficult. Wouldn't mind some relief - would make chest exercises easier.
The peptides are a part of bio hacking You can find a good anti aging doctor who will prescribe or just order the stuff from a lab.
So another thing I did to combat inflammation is I stopped using seed oils for cooking and tried my hardest to stay away from foods that contain seed oils. I pretty much cannot eat out anymore. I cook everything in beef tallow.
Yes bpc157! Good job on the suggestion!
I may give the peptides a try. We live in the woods so rarely eat out and have minimal processed foods. Mostly we use olive or coconut oil.
I have my allergies mostly under control, although sometimes need OTC meds. I basically just live with sniffles the rest of the time rather than take antihistamines all year except when I get serious sneezing.
I take NAC daily, my joint pain is gone.
Research trigger point massage/therapy for your shoulder pain. I'm a huge advocate of the wonders of trigger point therapy. Fixed my shoulder pain. I'm an RN and had never heard of it. You can do yourself too- I used it on hip pain that ortho doc couldn't fix
I was intrigued also, but never went ahead and ordered it, did other stuff instead. Let us know what you find.
FWIW I went carnivore + sea salt, and it's done a lot of good.
Me too, me too
buckyball
I took C60 for over a year. It did help my arthritis, which help with energy levels. And believe it or not my hair got darker, less gray. My husband also took it and didn't noticed any changes. Stopped taking it a little over a month ago and I have noticed my knees are aching more. So I will be getting g back on it soon.
Thanks for sharing. How long did you have to take it to notice the effects?
Carbon? Supplement? Op is not suicidal!!!
c60 is a carbon geodesic orb or bucky ball ('buckminsterfullerene')
it's not the same as charcoal, graphite, graphene, nanotubes, c70, diamonds or other forms of carbon
Im surprised i got downvoted, seems the internet is wholly incapable of detecting satire... "um sir, we live in a post joke world"
It does sound crazy. Not a traditional supplement. It's a special carbon molecule - also called Fullerine after Buckminster Fuller. It's shaped like a soccer ball, which supposedly gives it some interesting properties in the body. Considered a super anti-oxidant. Been out for awhile, but still fairly unresearched.
