This same thing happened to us for covid test kits. Refused delivery from the Post office. Supposedly ordered in March, received them in May and showed up on Medicare summery in June. We both called Medicare to report this as fraud. We however talked to a very nice lady that took all our information and filed the report. She told us that we would never hear for Medicare about the outcome but that they were receiving a lot of complaints about this very subject.
