Pilots were masked IT WAS INTENTIONAL. LOCAL PD trying to track down the helicopter so they can arrest the pilots! HELICOPTER WAS UNMARKED
Only one H60 Helicopter was picked up on Flight Radar near Burnsville during the time of the incident and Flight Radar says it flew past and did not stop or hover in the region like the one in the videos.

We, The United States of America, have declared FEMA Personnel engaged in obstructing local rescue efforts in the area impacted by Hurricane Helene to be "Enemies of the State". This has specific meaning in law and makes obstruction and failure to assist a capital crime.

I will say this: 1) You can own a Black Hawk as a citizen or a corporation; 2) You can turn off ADS-B per 2023 FAA reg revision; 3) This could be a corporate (Blackrock or cutout PMC) action based on lithium mining. If it was corporate, they had a fully fitted H60 w/ night flight and highly trained pilots. That maneuver was pro. Just enough to send a message. Just enough to piss off.
Personally, I think return fire from 5-10 Marksman w/ small arms would have sent a message. May not have downed the helo, but would have sent a necessary message.
