Maybe it was just the state that our compounding pharmacy was in, but those who had severe pain & could not afford the product was able to get generic ingredients & agree to fill out a form in the first 30 days, returning it to the pharmacy. I don't recall which state they were in, but it was a blessing to those who couldn't afford the copay.
