If I’m not mistaken there are some states that don’t have early voting in person. They only have mail in ballots. I think Washington State is one but I don’t know about Oregon.

I have a friend in Oregon who thinks that because Oregon has had vote by mail for a decade it means it's completely safe and immune from cheating.
