That's a good transcript as I recall the garbled conversation. Oddly, it doesn't sound like a very coherent conversation, more like guys with different IQ levels all jabbering at once. But still, it's an interesting take. Just add this to all the multiple other things I've read and heard about aliens and life off planet.
Yes. It would explain the massive underground tunnels and cities that have been under construction for decades, being built by all the countries to provide 'safe harbor' for SOME IMPENDING EVENT.
The Asteroid and Brown Dwarf the soldier discusses sounds like the story of Planet Nibiru/ Planet X, which is an alleged burnt out star aka 'dwarf' with a full planetary system orbiting it that comes along with it, on its long elliptical orbit.
This orbit comes past the earth every so many thousands of years, pulling massive debris with it that will devastate all the planets it travels by. Its strong magnetic pull will cause earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis and likely nuclear meltdown worldwide, along with destruction from the asteroids and meteorites that will pummel the planet.
I think they've known about this since at least the 1970s. I read an article about this in a Scientific American magazine which projected the dwarf star would come by in about 50 years or so.
Nibiru has an elliptical 3600-year orbit that is both retrograde AND inclined about 30-degrees off the elliptical plane of the other planets in our solar system.
Zechariah Sitchin wrote about it in "The Twelfth Planet" and a website called Zeta Talk discusses it daily.
Nibiru is the home planet of the Anunnaki, according to Sitchin, and it's a fascinating theory.

Thanks for that, I had missed the reference to "Serpo." Several years ago Len Kasten wrote a book called "Secret Journey to Planet Serpo" which was purportedly an account of an exchange program between the US government and the beings on that planet. It has also been noted that this exchange program was referenced to in the movie "Close Encounters of the Third Kind." The part of the movie at the end, where several humans (all in sunglasses) enter the spaceship and at the last moment are joined by the main character of the movie is a reference to the Project Serpo idea.

President Trump alluded to aliens in his interview with Joe Rogan. One thing that stuck out to me was when the question was asked about tracking UFOs and the speed they travelled was that the Gforce was way beyond what humans could endure. I think a figure of 50,000 ?? was stated but I wasn’t sure if that was miles, klms per hour (?) etc. this rules out the probability that no other country has built something that would transport humans safely at those speeds. Joe likened the speed would turn human bodies to mush or jelly. Looks authentic and probably would only be meant for pilots. But then again, the idiot with the crude comments has very low iq. so perhaps it’s not pilots.
I'm pretty sure he said they went from like 50,000 feet to sea level in a second or two. Something along those lines.
The theory I've heard is that the spacecraft isn't actually "moving," per se, but that it is warping space and time around it. This explains how some UFOs have been seen making dramatic 90 degree turns which otherwise would seem impossible.
