No, it's a date. Q did confirm this. Law of War is relevant but this is a date. Multiple meanings exist.
Law of War is overhyped IMO by anons that want to see heads roll over actual justice being performed.
This has to be it, F that another steal BS that is allowed to happen and more years of child rape, torturing, murder, and harvesting to take place. This is it, the year it turns around. Too many people who would be killed, Trump and family, Musk, and many more.

which equally suggests EITHER 11/3 as that section of the LoW Manual OR as November 3 -- given Trump's recent comments about the occupation of America, I think that BOTH meanings might be in play here. I'm very interested to see if Podesta gets arrested . . .
Q is not about arrests. Q is about Great Awakening. We are at the cusp of it.
Once people are awake, these people will be begging to be arrested just for their safety.
The very day HRC was supposed to be arrested, we had their entire puppet masters arrested and strings cut. This is what allowed the patriots to take control.

These both confirm that 11.3 is the indictment/arrest date of John Podesta.
You're assuming 11.3 is a date. I believe Q has many dates with conventional formatting. This makes more sense as a reference to the Law of War manual, in which 11.3 is the section pertaining to "The End of Occupation." Given that Trump has recently written and said that the USA is an occupied country, and has also said that 11/5 will forever be known as our country's "Liberation Day," I think you should give it a few more days.
I don't see how Podesta is relevant to LoW 11.3?
11.3 is the marker. This will not be a normal election and we all know it.
I keep going back to kim clement saying trump gets 2 terms and in 2027 dieases get cured and people are healthier. It has to be now based on those prophecies. Trump said this is the last time he's running and 2027 is only 2 years away.
