Very nice win.
Further proof this election is in the bag. Every lawsuit is going in our favor.
I honestly can't believe it. We are actually gonna win!
I wonder how many more times is this going to flip flop before the end of this week.
None, the only place higher than State Supremes is the SCOTUS and well they won't intervene period.
Doomer! (But you're 100% right.)
How the hell did they get the PA Supreme Court to do this?
They are freaking liberals.
Commie Shapiro isn't going to like that.
Was gonna say that myself. That court went against Trump I believe in 2020.
I am shocked.
Thank F for common sense.
Can someone clarify for me? Where would there be dates on the mail-in ballot anyway?
Is it the postmark when sent back, or is it a date written by the voter next to their signature, or what?
The reason I ask is, if there is a postmark they need, but the ballot owner hand carries their ballot to the voting location and drops it there, will that mean there will be no counting it because it didn't go back via the Post Office?
When I voted here in Michigan I also turned in my homebound parents ballots. I handed them directly to the clerk and it being a Saturday the clerk took my into the office and showed me exactly what they did when receiving said ballots. The first thing they do is verify the signature. Then they time stamp it. So every ballot should have a time stamp of when it was received.
Thanks!
if it comes through the post office, it would be irregular to not have a postmark. Likewise in some places, an absentee mail-in would need to be notarized with a date. My understanding is those vootes count even if they arrive a few days late, but the dates marked must be by midnight of election day. this does not apply to drop boxes
Thx!
Surprising but welcome ruling for them!
Fucking duh
More winning!!!
All this fuckery was supposed to happen tomorrow night!!
