This could be a Dem ploy to say Trump has already had his two terms.
Then they spend the next four years arguing in court by which time he will not have been POTUS again!
But, no one can say he was actually President during this 4 years of hell. He wouldn't have served two terms.
I would hardly call 2 months a full term.
I have wondered how this would play out. IMO - this could be an argument to keep Trump from office; however, what happens to each bill and EO Biden signed? It gets sticky fast if this is an actual tactic.
This is last-minute desperate CYA because they know Trump is going to win.
He did say maybe before 2024.
Consider that if Obama's Hawaiian birth is a fraud and he was not a natural born citizen he was not a legitimate President and every action he took is unwound too.
Just invalidating his two SC Justice picks would be a monumental step. Not to mention tens of thousands of other appointments, the failed policies, etc.
How does Newsweek know the claims were unfounded if they were never investigated?
