I won't rest easy until that number gets beyond 219. Still lots of Democrat tricks that they can pull.
Agreed. The fat lady has not taken the stage yet. Many of the Rep leaning districts are way too close to call. It also appears that the counting is very slow - plenty of room to find some mystery ballots hiding under a table or suddenly discovered in a car trunk. I will not rest easy until it is actually over. I just hope that the ballot watchers are still on duty and paying close attention.
Just have to get to 218 for majority. That said, im not at all comfortable with 218. Without majority Trump will get nothing done. I'd prefer a 10-20 seat advantage. The goal for 2026 MUST be to pick up at least 10 more seats. RNC needs to target the 20 most vulnerable Ds with spending and Trump campaigning visits. Not only get 10 more Rs but 10 more MAGA Rs.
And position a democrat to challenge incumbent Dems in their own primary.
Nice win.

Now MOASS!
What am I missing? it says we are at 203. How have we won?
I really thought the title said HORSE and I was very confused...
He who has the horse gets to ride it into town. ๐
Heck, we have the ๐ too
Too bad there wasnโt a wider margin, but we will take it, for now.
While no one is paying attention, the HOUSE if being lost to back room deals and democrat dirty tricks
Wonderful, yet not surprised 1 bit. The plan had to turn Trump in Yoda. He has to fix what they allowed biden to destroy, then rebuild, set us up to carry on the torch w/ protections against a repeat of history. Lots to be done. We don't have time to play anymore commie games. It's fkn all offense so of course all things magically aligned to give Trump Jedi Powers.

Is there a reason why House counts are taking so long?
Calculating the numbers
Not only that but itโs a pretty healthy majority we hold both in house and senate. It will be very hard for Rinos to run their uniparty with Dems this time and pretend to blame each other for not passing legislation that they claim is important to them.
