I say that because if we revert back to 2020 election results, Trump becomes POTUS but then we lose the house and senate.

One of the remedies from the Brunson case is to have all members of congress who participated in the shut down of the dueling electors and questioning of the steal be thrown out of office. So maybe that helps but that also puts into question a risk that I do not think we should be taking, since we currently own the whole board.
I’m following your line of thought but then again, we’ve already had a new election cycle. So all of those who were re-elected and part of the 338 gets tried for treason and then they get replaced by governors of those states. Also, something to think about. Trump is picking representatives and senators from this new election for his cabinet positions, Gaetz will be senator now. We’re on a thin edge in the house for majority and it’s a big gamble if they aren’t replaced with good people or they aren’t known in those districts that will have to now have a special election. Kind of makes me think that this is the Trump card and how the swamp gets drained. COG takes over and trials get televised. More people will wake up and pay attention to who they are electing to serve them. Just my take on things. It would be cool for the little guy to take down the whole rotten temple. A regular old biblical David and Goliath.
What if the Brunson case, BLM, Antifa, the EBS and the military are all tied together. I'm thinking the way this will fall out is that SCOTUS rules in favor of either case. This would spark the riots we've been anticipating...then the EBS along with Martial Law kicks in and explains what is going on. This would take care of a whole flock of birds with one big ass stone. At least THIS is what I have on my bingo card.

I had an article in my email this morning said some exciting news is coming down from SCOTUS but I couldnt read the article it was one of those you had to be subscribed to.
I am only thinking and speculating on 'fraud vitilates everything'

If they do snap elections for all those who failed to uphold their oath, which I think was like 200+ members of congress then we have to elect new members and that may create a risk of losing house/senate which we will currently hold in 2024.
Who knows how all this plays out tho.

That's such defensive thinking. If they get thrown out then you better believe we're going to have secure elections for the replacements. I see it as more or an opportunity than anything, plus it vindicates our rejection of the 2020 election in the eye of the public.
It wasn't just the presidential election that was affected. If the results of each states election showed that someone other than seated won their election, they would be placed in office as well.
