These days Comcast won't even send me a paper bill so it's all still available digitally these days. You know, it floats above us in a cloud.
I was a Records Manager on govt. contracts for 40 years; they still have hard copy requirements in govt. contracts. Paper is still the best records you could have. That's why I agree with going back to all paper ballots. Sure, you could have a database with links to documents, but hard copies are for legal purposes. Digital is much harder to track chain of custody controls.
I think you can opt out of digital bills; there's still too many old folks alive!
