WATCH THE WATER
I am watching 🍿🥤🐸
that’s WY. 😁
I think everyone is just permanently going to be watching the water now whenever anything happens that even remotely might concern water. I wonder if it's ever going to end, or if we'll be watching the water for the rest of our lives.
"Is that supposed to be a bad thing?"
It just seems pointless now. It's so incredibly vague that it can be applied to basically anything. Water is virtually everywhere. Over 70% of the Earth is covered by it. We all need it, every day. We will die without it.
I've never understood what good that drop is. For years now, whenever anything even remotely associated with water is mentioned, there's always a chorus of people saying "watch the water!". I'm willing to bet money that we can go through all the past posts here and would find that phrase being mentioned multiple times, every single day.
So what is the point? What does it accomplish? Honestly, I want to know. I wish someone could tell me what it accomplishes beyond giving people an opportunity to bring up one of Q's drops.
I have friends and family in Ferndale. Apparently a 7.0 hit and did some damage. Just got off phone with my cousin. It felt stronger to him and he's been through a few lower-level earthquakes. Tsunami warnings are being sent out for the coastal areas and rivers as far south as Marin County.
I have a friend in Gualala and who messaged that she felt a big quake.
10 minutes ago I got an alert from Sonoma County - after the alert was cancelled! Way to go SoCo!! Lol.
A friend in SantaClara got the earthquake alert and the tsunami alert
We have cellphones so even if we're treading water or clinging to debris in water rushing back to the ocean we'd see the alert!
And, you could get a selfie.
Lol
Wow! That far south!
Sorry I forgot to ask: everyone OK in Ferndale?
Yes. Praise God!
per this no tsunami https://www.tsunami.gov/
but in the book of Revelation 'water' signified people, nations, kindreds and tongues.
Maybe 'watch the water' might = people
It got cancelled.
Interesting about Revelations! :)
First beast comes out of the Sea of people. The second beast just comes out of the Earth. I take that to mean technology. Rare earth minerals and such. The second beast could be AI systems.
Correct!
Looks like we have located Stacey Abrams.
Lol
No Tsunami Warning, Advisory, Watch, or Threat
It got cancelled but the phone alerts went out to everyone on the NorCal coast
Dutch Since is on line now.
Thanks! He sure is in a mood today! :(
Hope he is Ok.
I noticed that. He was pretty salty. lol
Yeah, he went from earth quakes to the Book of Enoch to "5 sided' islands 1400 miles apart to 1980's synth based music and then off to dinner. I clicked out at that.
Dutch is a very eclectic fellow, a good candidate for a fren if he isn't one already.
MOVIE
People felt a big quake (that's how I knew to look it up - a friend messaged that she felt a big quake on the coast) Now whether or not it is naturally occurring is another question!
No need for downvotes pedes. Just eyes on all options.
Ferndale is in area known as the Lost Coast. It is actually one of the most seismically active areas of California. It's where the San Andreas leaves the land and heads off the coast and up towards Alaska. I lived in Ferndale in the early 90s. Cute little town.
Of note, the last substantial tsunami that hit that part of the coast did the most damage in Crescent City just below the Oregon border. It was the result of a huge 9+ eq in Alaska that also generated a mega tsunami that devasted the Hawaiian Islands. None of the moderate to large (5 - 7) eq's that have occurred over the past 60 years (or more) off the coast have generated anything more than 6 inches additional to the normal tide. People need to stop getting their tits in a twist over these.
I think when people became aware of the Cascadia Subduction Zone, everyone has become sensitive to the idea of a tsunami on the west coast. Plus all the alerts we receive on our phones!
Red tsunami.
