If you rob a bank and give the money away, do you as a recipient of that money get to keep it? No, you are guilty of receiving stolen goods. If you are made president via a stolen election, and it is proven, does any edict that you made, any pardon that you gave stand? We will never get the 4 years of this theft back, but why wouldn't we get the benefit of justice?
That showdown will be glorious to watch!! They have been forced into another corner - Joe was not competent enough to be prosecuted for stolen records a few months ago but he is now competent to pardon 8000 people? Cant have it both ways Barrack.
Doesn't matter. He was "elected" through fraud. It WILL be proven, and any pardon or executive order will be null and void. Fraud vitiates everything.
u/WinsAnon I would love your legal take on the idea that these pardons won't be acceptable because of the "fraud vitivates everything" idea Q put out.
Also do you think the Supreme Court would use that precedent to undo everything legally done in the past 4 years?
Curious what your legal mind is thinking...

Not just the pardons.
HE? REALLY?!?!?!!
Issue pardons? Heck, who's writing the checks to Ukraine if he can't even tell us what a pen is?
guess the DNC needs to give back all the billions they sent to Ukraine...since they all knew..makes the accessories to the crime
Well that’s an interesting thought process - right on the money though so true. Can a compromised man make good decisions? Nope.
Since he is an illegal president of a bankrupt corporation or an actor playing a role those pardons are a joke anyway. It's all a distraction.
