SCE needs a full audit. They have a monopoly in So CA. And they r@pe us on the rates. They shut off the power to prevent fires but don't turn it back on for days at a time even when the wind event is over. They charge us different rates and every day between 4-9pm is "peak" hours, sometimes these rates look like $5 an hour. I have 30 Tesla solar panels w 2 powerwalls and still have an annual bill of $3k from SCE.Fuckery is a foot.
Also, remember that PG&E was bankrupted INTENTIONALLY when Enron caused those Rolling Blackouts years ago - which required insiders colluding with Enron to shut down power so they could upcharge for electricity with their 'surge pricing' cost model. Enron would literally call up people with access to control power and ask for a reduction to drive profits - which directly caused the rolling blackouts. Who knows what theey are up to now considering they have a history of insider trading profits over the well being of customers and even over the company overall. There wasn't nearly enough arrests after that was exposed.
Here’s a clip where he’s so excited about selling the land to developers, so he gets massive kickbacks, that he can’t even compose his greasy self enough to stand still.

Move it to a metal frame away from the house. Look at how power is delivered at a cell site.
Condition commercial power. Numerous ways to accomplish this, probably spend less than insurance deductible. One way is to feed the home AC created from a DC source (batteries/solar/ 'power wall').
Very frustrating that I have to filter the water I buy from the government, not depend on a natural gas connection as 100%, and will not trust that commercial power has not been weaponized.
Agreed, that’s one of the tools used to incinerate Kalifornia, some other ones ate the lasers and the blowtorch’s to help increase the fires. Who knows what else they are doing to finish the job.
They did already for about a year. I have to write to the manager in our area with certified letter. Manager called and said it will cost me $50 to get the old meter back (for the technician to come and place it) and then 20 per/month for meter reading. I wasn't going to argue on that.
Mine is right next to it. Right next to the outside wall. Same with the electric smart meter. All my neighbors have the exact same setup. Residential track neighborhood with 400 houses.
Once it started to happen, and I started to get headaches constantly, I knew that's where it started. The smart meter gone, things become a lot better. Like I said before, my dog is 19 this year.
Pacific Power was talking about smart meter with cell technology back in 2000 or before. At that time, I thought I could pull off their meter and use the cell technology to make oversea calls without paying for long distance.
I thank God frequently that we have a simple, easy thermostat that is heat/off/ac, on/auto and up/down buttons. Want it cooler? Hit the down button. Lol.
No clue, but what I've read about them it's the thermostat inside where if they decide to "conserve" electricity, you can't change the temp bc they've superceded your manual input and control it remotely. I may be wrong. Anyone else know more than I do?
They put smart meter on my house couple of years ago. I wrote a letter to the manager in our area and demanded to have the old meter back. Got a response and the installation fee is $50 and meter reading every month is 20. I would do it any day because the smart meter actually cost us a lot more money every month. I checked and confirmed.
I cannot say for sure whether it's true or not but when the smart meter came on my house, it created other medical problems for both dogs and myself and I have them removed and replaced with my old meter. No problems after that.
I contacted my area's manager by sending a certified letter. I got a phone call back and manager said I would have to pay for the reinstallation and meter reading. I said no problem. Get it done.

Wow. I hope after the new administration, you can tag someone and look into it.

Help it make sense!
I am not mod, I don't know.
Mitigation of the meter threat;
Very frustrating that I have to filter the water I buy from the government, not depend on a natural gas connection as 100%, and will not trust that commercial power has not been weaponized.
I have to filter water also. I don't trust anything. Asked for my old, dumb meter back and it has been great since.
Incineration "On DEMAND" is just another feature
Agreed, that’s one of the tools used to incinerate Kalifornia, some other ones ate the lasers and the blowtorch’s to help increase the fires. Who knows what else they are doing to finish the job.
Cost problems also. I asked for my old meter back even if I have to pay 20 for meter reading every month.
Are they going to replace it for you? Let me know -- the house I just moved into has one - I refused it in NY.
This year I heard every new build ( and remodel I think too) is required to have a EV charging station to pass code- 5-10k cost on those....

That's great news... I'm gonna ask my power company to do that too
Find the manager in your area, send in a certified letter and make sure they know you meant business.
I think people are forgetting there's a smart meter on both the electrical meter and the gas meter. Two smart meters per house.
My gas meter is very far away from the house.
Mine is right next to it. Right next to the outside wall. Same with the electric smart meter. All my neighbors have the exact same setup. Residential track neighborhood with 400 houses.
Make them switch them out. My dogs start getting tumors after the new meter. I am not joking.
Interesting. My next door neighbor's dog had tumors too. No longer living.
Once it started to happen, and I started to get headaches constantly, I knew that's where it started. The smart meter gone, things become a lot better. Like I said before, my dog is 19 this year.
I can't remember how long we've had smart meters. It seems like a very long time. At least 20 years.

LOL
Sniff-sniff….. I smell Larry Fink.
Oh. That one.
PG&E gotta be unhappy about the transmission line fire verdict...
Lawsuits incoming.

yea, no “Nest” type spy thermostats, no Alexis, Seri, or whatever.
I think smart meters are outside the home to measure usage so they know what to bill you

It spot on.
https://electricityforum.com/iep/arc-flash/arc-flash-temperature
I didn't buy everything he said, but arks of electricity are extremely hot.
6000 degrees is not a natural fire obtained by burning lumber and grass.
Let's see if my memory is correct. I'm pulling this out of my head. No Google search.
Class A Fire = a dry fire like paper, wood, and mattresses
Class B Fire = a wet fire containing liquid fuel
Class C Fire = an electrical fire
Class D Fire = burning magnesium that creates it's own oxygen
Let me know if I got that correct.
I cannot say for sure whether it's true or not but when the smart meter came on my house, it created other medical problems for both dogs and myself and I have them removed and replaced with my old meter. No problems after that.

Oh. You caught me. LOL
