this is going to sound crazy but, if our own government or foreign partner had anything to do with these assassinations why would the files reflect the truth? wouldn't these files reflect the lie, the Warren Commission reports were bull shit to start
The files won't tell you what happened on 11/23/63. The files do contain several hints about the time before that and some of the time after that.
Open questions:
Oswald went to Russia in 59. Did he actually defect, or was he running an undercover operation for ONI or CIA? There are records which will show this.
Oswald came back from Russia in 61. This is when the CIA opened his "201 file." It should have been opened in 59. There are records which show why.
Oswald seems to have had two "201 files" at CIA. This is highly unusual and the records will help show why. It might also explain why many of Oswalds files were kept in the Cuba division and not in the domestic division.
Oswald was on the list of "subversives" at the FBI in 63. He was taken off by a "flash override" message on 10/9/63. The files will help show who did this, why, and what Hoover did in response. Had he been in this file the USSS would have found him before the parade was allowed to happen or the route would have been changed.
There is a lot more. These are just some of the basics that we know will be covered when the unredacted documents that have already been partially released are fully available.
I suspect that there have been many Patriots on this journey who knew they would not live to see things come to fruition, but did their duty anyway in the hope that the truth would prevail. Anyway, that’s my suspicion
They could very well have documents planning the assassination in those files. Then the lies in the files become obvious lies when you see the file that says "he's gonna be here at this time, we need Mike to shoot him, we'll blame this other guy instead though, here's how to frame him"
If the govt had anything to do with hiring James Earl Ray, there's gonna be civil war. I bet we never see the extent of those files.

The President John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992 required all records related to the assassination of President Kennedy to be publicly. This was legislation requiring all records to be released by 2017.
Sec. 2. Declassification and Disclosure. (a) Within 15 days of the date of this order, the Director of National Intelligence and the Attorney General shall, in coordination with the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs and the Counsel to the President, present a plan to the President for the full and complete release of records relating to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
(b) Within 45 days of the date of this order, the Director of National Intelligence and the Attorney General shall, in coordination with the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs and the Counsel to the President, review records related to the assassinations of Senator Robert F. Kennedy and the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and present a plan to the President for the full and complete release of these records.
Watch it get slow walked and held up, bet it will take a year.
