Someone very knowledgeable said there are a couple of things to consider. The standard flashing green and red lights on the wings normally indicate to you the direction the aircraft is heading and the colors wouldn’t have been seen through NVGs.
Also, it’s very easy to lose the lights of an aircraft in the background lights of the city when flying with NVGs.
Military communications primarily use UHF (Ultra High Frequency) because it offers a good balance between signal quality, range, and antenna size, making it ideal for close-range tactical communications, including air-to-ground, ground-to-ground, and air-to-air communication, especially in situations where line-of-sight is required; additionally, UHF allows for better data transmission compared to VHF (Very High Frequency) while still being manageable with smaller antennas that can be easily mounted on vehicles and aircraft. ***** Commercial airlines primarily monitor frequencies within the VHF (Very High Frequency) aircraft band, which typically ranges from 118.0 MHz to 136.975 MHz; this includes the frequencies used for communication with air traffic control, depending on their location and flight phase.

Logical deduction -> pilots were not responding.
The recordings I have heard clearly indicate the Blackhawk crew responded and requested visual flight clearances. They were clearly asked if they had visual on the incoming aircraft which they responded in the affirmative. I see this as: 1) how can they miss the landing lights of the approaching aircraft? 2) was the crew incapable of controlling the Blackhawk? There was no avoidance attempt in my opinion. 3) was the crew fixated on the incoming aircraft stacked up in the landing pattern behind the plane that the collision occurred? 4) when ATC directed the Blackhawk to avoid why was it ignored? Clearly the crew was monitoring ATC frequencies unless they were “handed off” to another control center but there was no indication of this by the recording that has beefed released. 5) we probably won’t ever know the truth since the responsible parties are gone.
There are fanatics all over the world willing to kill themselves for the cabal's agenda, but I just have my doubts there are many in the US military.
I really believe the military men that died were expendable, and they were either already dead, or had no control over the helicopter. It would be very convenient for them to not have comms if they were not in control of the craft.
The situation reminds me of the truck bomber in front of the Trump hotel in Las Vegas. I don't believe that guy was alive at the time either.
This seems intentional! Was the Black Hawk helicopter a DEI hire? Doesn't this type of helicopter have a wider field of view than conventional helicopters? I may be wrong but communications from the tower seems to put into question if the helicopter pilot was really following protocol!
