I am from down the street from where the "plane" crashed at hypersonic velocity. I would look into the damaged properties in the closest vicinity and see who owns them. I don't think there is any going back for us now. Godspeed patriots, it's been a pleasure to serve with you.

The concept is to kill the people and leave most of the infrastructure standing. A missile version would be a great weapon against an enemy alien spaceship by the way.
Its a horrible weapon. The neutrons kill biological life but leave everything else intact. You could kill a million people in a large city. Drive in and clean up the bodies then walk right in with your own people and pick up like nothing happened. It's frankly a horror weapon. Massive death but leaves infrastructure intact.
A neutron bomb kills mostly by intense radiation instead of by a gigantic explosion and fireball.

I think the original "neutron" bomb was a psyop. They simply misspelled "neuron" and rolled with it. So unless your neurons are susceptible, you're probably ok. Otherwise you're rendered brain dead.
