They didn’t want to use their money to ruin you. They used yours.
Follow the money and publish where it goes. Will this force many to step down? Hopefully the government buyouts of employees bans them from government work in the future. Otherwise they take the money and run, and weasel their way back in after the buyout runs out.
Again this translates to "follow the $$"! It will always lead you to the truth.
