Never thought of that! True.
They've done it before to stop DS comms. Back on Aug. 30, 2018 the Q team took down gaming networks at the same time they took Snow White (super computer) and the 7 dwarfs offline along with all the Corona DS satellites. I remember my son saying my grandson's was down that night. They also took GCHQ Bude (British intel) down.

This- it's not the first time that Playstation and Microsoft have been alluded to as a communications path. Same could be said on the ham radio. Lot of flash backs with this from earlier in this journey.

Five clams says that Sony was contracted by the CIA to propagandize young minds who played games on PlayStation, and that this is Sony's attempt to get ahead of the oncoming tsunami.

Sucks for the Sony players, as they just want to enjoy their games... But I have to say, I love this timeline. If Playstation is CIA or Government controlled, I hope it all gets exposed.
Reminds me of the surveillance shit they started building into consoles. Wouldn't surprise me at all if they were getting big bucks from the slush to do it.

Honestly, I'd take a distraction over propaganda. There's nothing more insidious than an attempt to control another person's mind.
Last time this happened was in April 2011, was down for 23 days. Massive breach. 77 million accounts affected. So who knows what this is about.
My company's logistics system was down globally for 7 days last year for no stated reason. Billions of dollars lost due to the outage.
They probably just don't want anyone to know that it's a ten alarm fire in the IT department.
And they are not saying why it is out this time either.
