If the rest of the US could invade the west coast plus Arizona and Nevada and free us that would be great. Millions in these states would join an uprising against their installed governments.

NV is one of the states. Our governor is the sheriff from the Las Vegas shooting. He just doesn't like transparency.

Fund what your voters allow you to fund. It is NOT YOUR JOB to dictate what the taxpayers of the OTHER STATES have to spend!!
SHEESH this is idiocy on its face. States feel they have enough power to dictate to the federal government what to fund, but not enough power to fund what their citizens want funded??
Maybe is is because their taxpayers do NOT want these things funded! that they have been sneaked into federal payment transfers . . .
