a) causes symptoms of psychosis in those who do not have psychosis
and
b) alleviates symptoms of psychosis in those that do have psychosis
Maybe so, I don’t know how he thinks 1 Billion is going to make any difference though given that he’s been given multiple billions before. I really think it is about getting Ukraine to be part of NATO, in which case the US needs to leave.
