Republicans in lowa are proposing a bill, House File 712, which bars a vaccine from being distributed, sold or administered in lowa unless the vaccine manufacturer waives their immunity from suit for an injury! - May this spread far and wide into all 50 states! 🙏

Huge win.
State by state we take back our power.
Oklahoma passed a law that parrents need citizenship papers to enroll their kids. Apparently it cost us 500 million over the last 4 years.
Sorry guys looks like most of them will have to move to other states.
Agree. We also need to repeal the 17th amendment. It removed the states power in Congress.

agreed, with the caveat that it depends on how you define breeding
Seems a reasonable condition.
Iowa is odd. Half of what they propose is absolutely wonderful then on the other hand submit proposed legislation that absolutely screws building and home owners if they have an insurance claim. Keep fighting for your rights frens.
Iowa is corn beans hogs eggs and insurance. Most people don’t realize Iowa is an insurance state. Except for title insurance. That’s illegal to sell here.
Insurance lobby is strong here but doesn’t make it right. We need DOGE to audit where all these “funds” are being “invested”.
Hopefully, with RFK Jr at the helm of HHS, this will happen nationwide by the end of Trump's term.
I really want that and a ban on veg oils, but with RFK announcing antisemitism a health issue I have little faith.
Yes! Their liability was removed in the early 1980s. From that time on, they quit properly testing their vaccines. Bring back their liability!!! This is exactly what we need.
And/Or make whoever is mandating it liable.
What a blessing !! Ty for great news
Thanks for this post. Super!

Hope it passes!!
I'm in NY.....
Never happen in PA with Commie Shapiro.
Or in IL with Prickster!
The fact they have to ammend this is baffling. If someone gets killed in a car and it's proven that the car itself is defective, you can sue the manufacturer. Same thing with food, same thing with liquor (bunch of canadian stories about that and why you should never trust whiskey here).
They should have no problem with that right... After all they are all "safe and effective."
