I know there were some bad cases of Bird Flu where some farm workers died. But has Bird Flu ever really spilled over and created some sort of fast spreading high fatality disease?
Also is it all just overblown like Covid 19 was. Why is there so much fear?
Is it really necessary to keep doing these chicken genocides every few years?
And can it even be stop if wild birds spread it and fly farm to farm? Why not just let it pass through get a herd immunity?
Told my chickens to stay 6 feet apart. Problem solved.
Natural immunity.
KEK!
Don't forget the medical center's version of the rule, 6 feet apart in line, but the lines only have to be 3 feet apart.
How would we fit the customers in the store and make money?
Put plexiglass in the roost, so the chickens can't breathe on each other.
And circles on the ground?
arrows on the ground to direct them around the henyard.
🤣🤣
No. Someone posted a well written article by a farmer named Joel Salatin where he made the point that killing these chickens is counterproductive. His argument is the flu should be allowed to run its course. Then, the surviving chickens used to breed new generations of bird flu resistant chickens.
I also read an article by Ducks Unlimited that refuted the claim that chickens were being infected by wild birds. The article said in the rare instances where wild ducks had died from the bird flu it was traced back to domestic chickens. So,!the reverse is true.
Finally, it’s pretty interesting that meat chickens don’t seem to have the same problem with bird flu that their egg laying relatives supposedly do. And, it’s equally interesting that we aren’t walking down streets littered with dead birds.
You hit the nail on the head. They don't want immunity to spread to the flocks, only way to prevent the spread of immunity is to cull the flock.
Bird flu is like the bolognavirus. It only infects people gullible enough to believe it exists.
No. I believe it was manufactured by the Biden admin....
When actions don't make sense, doing things that were not needed ------ there is usually a government program behind it.
You are so right.
Yes, necessary if your intent is to bamboozle the populace into taking more bioweapon injections.
No. It's probably all faulty tests.
Wasn't there an article of an interview with a farmer whose chickens were all killed? He said they never came to look at the chickens beforehand. They simply came in, told the farmer the chickens had the flu, and killed them all. He was told he'd be reimbursed and at that point in time, he had not been.
Unwarranted search and seizure?
Farmers rise up, defend your property rights
The farmer said he’d tested and found negative. Still murdered them.
It's not about bird flu. They are going after our food supply. Eggs used to be a cheap, nutritious food. Now , they are expensive, and getting more expensive.
Exactly my same conclusion.
Some farm workers died? Plural? Even the internet is consistent in reporting only one death where the individual was over the age of 65, had underlying medical conditions, and was exposed to dead and sick non-commercial backyard flock and wild birds. Hate to refer to the CDC but here ya go... https://www.cdc.gov/bird-flu/situation-summary/index.html. Why are they killing birds but not cows?
Don’t give the fvckers any ideas!!
I'm still looking for one example of a truth from government at any point in history.
Well TBH, starving and manipulating the economy. It depends what your goal is.
Evidently Bird Flu only effects chickens. Turkeys, Geese, Ducks and all other birds are immune it seems!
The way they are factory farmed crammed into cages fed antibiotics get antibiotic resistant, there is no way of telling which ones are sick, the "farming" itself has led to this, and yes, due to the conditions, they all are destroyed under USA management of poultry houses. I have not bought a factory egg in probably 35 years. Animal apocalypse is inevitable due to agri business
NO!
So Covid was fake, but bird flu, for some reason, is real?! Ok, got it.
No.
The no common sense part of all this is that the meat is fine to be cooked but they bury the birds in mass graves instead of processing them to eat. A rise in egg prices could be balanced with a drop in meat prices but the morons in the gov pay them to bury them instead.
Costco will cook them for cheap
Would be easier to burn them, digging graves is a lot of work
