Then they'll go get ratedn100 percent for mental conditions and we have to pay for them the rest of their lives. If they claim they're born that way its preexisting and the VA doesn't pay. They have to prove their service caused it.
Yes, I know a nurse who specializes in military separation medical exams. Even if it seems like it was caused by military service, they are instantly denied on everything they can’t prove unless the one doing the exam can take time to explain the how and why. Usually they cram in as many exams as possible so the medical person doing it has to work over time to finish and even then, it seems rushed.
I Did a bad job of explaining that point. They claim they were born that way, VA says what you say about it being preexisting and not service related. They try to have it both ways.
I see so many people talking online about how they got 100% disabled or maybe 95% disabled even though they are mostly normal. People talking openly online about how easy it is to get a fake disabled diagnosis or whatever. See way too many vets joke about how they are disabled but still work trade jobs and whatnot, taking double income streams.
I'm not mil so I dunno much about it, but seems easy to get disability if you use the right words to the right doctor
My Dad, retired USAF. Mid to late stages of Parkinsons. Long story about how we suspect jet fuel / exhaust with proof military admitting its a known cause. He worked flightline / pax terminal. Anyway, still fighting to get 100% disability despite basically being unable to have a normal life for the past 10 years. Diagnosis was 20+ years ago. Hours and hours of time wasted at the VA and time and money with lawyers.
Friend of his has sleep apnea (so does Dad) and a busted up ankle and has had 100% since shortly after retirement.
Talk to vets at places they visit (gun ranges, etc) and they'll all tell you it's a like playing the lotto.
Easy? It took me five years and I had all my medical records from 16 years of service. They still deny me a rating for 7 inch scar and missing body part and I have documentation the surgery was done in the aircraft carrier i was stationed in. They claim it's not service connected. I have seven total conditions that are rated amd 4 they deny even though they've been thorougly documented. It was not easy I had dozens of C&P exams and wrote pages of documentation. They did an investigation of proof and rated me. But it wasn't easy from my perspective. VA has done ok by me in The medical side since so far. But again it wasn't easy.
I am a retired vet with disability. Those who get disability easily are probably the ones who have non-physical ailments that are hard to prove non-existent. And I doubt they get more than 30%
Yeah I’ve known some that I question if they really qualify. At the same time, my Dad should have qualified, but refused to apply for it. Didn’t feel like he deserved it, when so many lost their lives in Vietnam.
In a nutshell;
“The medical, surgical, and mental health constraints on individuals who have a current diagnosis or history of, or exhibit symptoms consistent with, gender dysphoria are incompatible with the high mental and physical standards necessary for military service,”
How many will not take this offer, wait until after March 28, get a dishonorable discharge and then whine about it for the rest of their lives... It's one condition that I just don't quite understand, buy yet a portion of society wants us to just accept it as normal. Where do you draw the line...
I myself draw the line at the simple noticing of more than one brain cell being active. It's quite hard these days, almost as if trying to find a certain grain sand on the beach.. it's all trying to be and has tried to be normalized to the point of it being sickening. All they've done is out themselves with their demonic and way non-normal behaviors. You don't understand it due to your nature of being somewhat if not completely "normal" - these people do mental gymnastics and win the gold every time (in their own minds) - it's hard to win an argument with a sociopath that has no empathy nor any emotional depth for that matter when it comes to even the simplest of things such as "unconditional love" as well as normal itself. They carry no shame, nor do they have any remorse for what they say and do. As far as respect goes- they've not got that for us or anyone else, including themselves. That is quite obvious. Whether it's a shot or just simply a mental health condition that's not being treated correctly and only exacerbated by the MSM cheerleading for them, I'm not sure. Either way, it's an idiot world and a really fucked up timeline we're living on and I'm hoping and praying we get this "golden age" sooner rather than longer. -much appreciate for the question Dec'. I appreciate it. 🍻
The full name of this discharge is, “general discharge under honorable conditions”. It usually means there was something that prevented the service member from performing their job adequately or from meeting expected standards of conduct.
A general discharge still affords the veteran access to most veteran’s programs. In some instances, they may be eligible for VA medical coverage. However, they cannot reenlist and do not have eligibility for the GI Bill.
How much a general discharge affects the individual’s future may depend on the reason listed on the Form DD-214. When a job applicant claims to be a veteran, the employer can ask to see their DD-214 and see the reasons for the discharge. They still have veteran’s hiring preference for federal jobs
Anyone know any Trans servicemen? I don't know any Trans people in general. These are the types of stories where I wonder if it's actually happening outside of corporate articles and tik tok videos. I love the message it's sending but I don't know if I buy it
I do and yes, it is not only disturbing but almost as if when you both see and hear "it" - very, very uncomfortable and almost as if it's fake. just weird. otherwise, I cannot wait to get them the hell out of here. they bring literally nothing to the table morally, what the fk do they think they can do for us militarily? the pride these people have with zero shame is unbelievable and to a puke inducing degree.
Thankfully no, not still in. Was contracted by a couple companies after separation but today? I'd be shoving those phones up some asses sideways and would not even know how to interpret this so called "quiet time" play time whateverthefuck time they get. It's unreal to me to think what they go through today as opposed to what we did. How the hell can you build someone up if you don't break them down in the first place? - insane. totally insane. too much peter pan patty cake bullshit for me. - appreciate what you said and God bless you as well gcroix'. - many thanks friend. 🍻
When I was in the enlistment process, even "ADHD" wouldn't let you in. Flat feet wouldn't let you in. I suppose rejecting biological reality is cool tho.
yeah, make it make sense???? I can't to this day even wrap my brain around any of this whole "men can be women and the bullshit that goes along with it..." all nonsense and honestly should be dealt with as a mentally unstable or even go so far as to say psychotic person -should be dealt with. For crying out loud MASH had Klinger trying to get ousted every episode by literally doing just that - they knew he was full of crap but at that time it was a punch line - to day: to be taken serious as hell. - Not to me though, they are one fkd up individual if they even for a second think with bad hair, or a wig and makeup with a dress and a shitty fitting dress makes them a woman. I mean, wtf.. is this real? I'd punch someone taking my oxygen out of the room with that crap. excessive I know but after this many years of having all this pretentious bullshit stuffed in our faces as being normal - well I mean, you can only take so much of the crap. Flat feet, vertigo and adhd ... man, were those the days. Well stated Jizmjunky - i just wrote that screen name out i mean wtf... lol jk 😆 but seriously, many thanks for what you said and I agree 100% - cheers friend. 🍻
I've only seen one tranny and it was on a carnival cruise (there is a reason they're called the Walmart of cruises). It was some old white dude with a wig and heels. Thought maybe it was a gag, but old couple said his name was 'Samantha' and he does nothing but cruise.
I honestly believe that they are actually very serious about getting the warrior ethos back into our Military as the strongest deterrent possible. If China or another Country sees a Military that's full of rainbow haired, over emotional, unstable, lunatics compared to a Military of Strong, Capable, Deadly and Squared Away Warriors, -which one do you think they'd be less apt to pick a fight with. Just my opinion. Many thanks for your comment u/Fatality. It's always a pleasure conversing with you and I mean it. - much appreciated and cheers! 🍻🫡
Old-school PT, not the new push-ups on your knees stuff. We were beat down to feeling worthless and like total shit, but at the end of all of it- we were a team that worked well together and couldn't have had any more sense of pride and being proud of each other and ourselves. - agreed 11823' 100% 🍻

nope, they have to prove military service caused the disability. And the VA is pretty robust in refusing their disability.

I'm just repeating what I've seen liberals say on some websites....
No not everyone, but the scammers sure know which doctors to use to get 97% disability for PTSD for being in Europe or whatever...
I am a retired vet with disability. Those who get disability easily are probably the ones who have non-physical ailments that are hard to prove non-existent. And I doubt they get more than 30%

exactly - damn I like your braincell activity SOGWAP' - many thanks 🍻
Calling it service makes me throw up a little. Cannot wait for the lazy and crazy to stop being rewarded by the hardworking and right thinking ppl.
In a nutshell; “The medical, surgical, and mental health constraints on individuals who have a current diagnosis or history of, or exhibit symptoms consistent with, gender dysphoria are incompatible with the high mental and physical standards necessary for military service,”
Bingo 🎯 -cheers and many thanks for saying what you did. Spot on DC'. 🍻
Seems more than fair, imho.
No doubt Grits. Its a mo brainer the no brainers can't seem to understand.

don't play their pronoun games, don't engage with them with tranny talk. walk away if you have to.

Agree, this is behavior directed from the spiritual realm and not the side defined as light.
They will get a General Discharge which is fine.
The full name of this discharge is, “general discharge under honorable conditions”. It usually means there was something that prevented the service member from performing their job adequately or from meeting expected standards of conduct.

I do believe you my friend are correct. 🍻
WHAT!? Some judge has not blocked this??? Shocked!!😱
I know,...don't say it too loud though. lol

Oh man, you’re still in? God bless you, internet stranger. I was Navy 85-05; don’t know how I could do it now and keep my mouth shut.

I remember them stamping a paper with a rubber stamp that said "are you homosexual" yes or no. Circle one and initial. At meps.
I couldn't do it.

is this a "we are going to war in x months, get the trannies out now, and pack it with conservatives so we can take more of them out" move?

Navy basically asks them: Manual or Automatic 🤣🤣🤣
we were going to bed and saw this. lmao really man,... really. too damn perfect for me not to say "cheers" to that one. lol -many thanks friend. 😆🍻

-happy early birthday big man. - could be the greatest present ever. Here's to hoping friend. 🍻
Cheers, friend. Every day since January 20 has been a gift 🍻
