Not quite. She either committed fraud, or she failed to maintain NY residency and she would have lost her position as NY AG.
If she committed fraud, then she should lose her position.
The likely way out of this is to say "I intended to establish residency at that time, but then I changed my mind."
She has committed multiple types of real estate fraud. And when you look closer, I bet she is on the cartel payroll. Paid in part with real estate. A common tactic.

IMO, the NY AG deserves more respect for her nude photos. She's got nipples the size of dinner plates. Why is this not brought up in court? It's BIG evidence.
