that aside, I think what the above poster is saying the administrative state (CIA, etc) were puppeteering reagan to get what they wanted, similar to how they did with Biden, and to a significantly lesser degree trump, at least as far as the coof is concerned. they played it up like a monumental threat to the nation to convince them to act.

I lived Reagan. You write like you didn't, have little to no appreciation for who Reagan was, and what he did, and your "likely" narratives from Fauci to Reagan are armed with musings of latter-day speculative bloggers, not factual primary sources.
I appreciate Reagan, and I know what he was trying to do. He was undermined by traitors. Many whom have now received justice.

Fauci was placed into NIH or related agency by Johnson in 1968. That same year Hong Kong Flu was apparently the first deployment of a “bio weapon” and associated pandemic propaganda. Fauci was not working alone. There was at least one other demon (older man in 1968, possibly German decent, possibly Fauci’s mentor, sponsor, or handler) pushing the same agenda yet to be identified.
