What happens when "hate speech" laws are officially found to be unconstitutional? Those deported migrants will want to come back because they were deported unconstitutionally. Imo they shouldn't use an unconstitutional law to do the job

I live in a very diverse place. It sucks.
Where I grew up though was only whites, Japanese and Koreans and it was paradise. No trash, no crime just peace.
