There are responsible arguments for Seniors to be wearing Sunglasses. Personally, I've got a baseball cap on most days. What really hurts my eyes are the new headlights. If I get a bad dose during nighttime driving. It can damage my seeing for days. Nothing like an Elder conversation.
It’s so crazy, if you search this on google you get all of the major “health” organizations like Mayo Clinic, multiple cancer foundations insisting you must wear sunglasses. It’s like a fever dream nightmare realizing most of these organizations exist to keep you sick.
I have not wear sunglasses except when I was a lot younger (in high school) and when I realized sunglasses messed with my brain I stopped. Guess what is my eye sight?

My digs had 100% raw meat, organ, and bones the first year of their lives. As bidenomics progressed, it became unsustainable for me to feed the dogs raw. Kids come first. Now I buy the dogs kibble but treat them to raw few times a week. Butchered gives me fat he isn't gonna use.
I go to a butcher here and when he knows I am coming, he leaves me extra bones with meat. I give him a tip every time I show up and also some meds you cannot buy over the counter (Ivermectin).
We have a good relationship that way.
This is a great thread. All stuff I have found out in my awakening. We haven't used sunscreen in years, my kids never have. Maybe one rare occasion. I was so happy when my friend went to her daughter with an open bottle of sunscreen after 2 minutes in the sun, and her daughter said "I don't want any." Mom said "You sure? You'll burn!" and she said "Nope. I'm good." I think my kid has been talking to her kid about sunscreen, which has been slathered on the kids since infant hood.
We are on well water and don't use fluorinated toothpaste (there's a reason it's so cheap!). So much of this I am glad I learned before kids so they can be raised in a better environment then those around them.
Plus the breakfast myth!!! Man, I was never hungry for breakfast but fell for the myth. It put weight on me as I grew older, and I kept "eating healthy" but getting my 3 meals a day. Since Intermittent fasting and skipping breakfast, I have already lost 20 pounds (it's slow, but it's coming off!!)

Wait until you do the deep dive of what a the legal descriptions of person, citizen, driver, etc. What your birth certificate actually is in the legal world. The difference between legal vs lawful. The difference between commercial and private. These are all things that 99%+ people don’t understand, excuse me, comprehend. There’s another legal word with significant meaning, understand.
Attorneys would not even be able to help you because they suffer the same fate as doctors when it comes to their education. It’s all tainted and they are not taught the real meaning of things but rather only what is implied by what they are exposed to.
So many every day words carry much deeper meaning that does not at all correlate with how we use them in every day conversation and writing. Often the opposite or even much more detrimental meanings.

Many of them will never give it a second thought as they live their lives, loving their family, working a career and making money and then having the possessions that they want.
