If they are mandating all of these requirements on you, sue them for theft. They are treating you like employees and requiring work from you, so turn it in and then sue them when they don't give you the same money they give their government school employees. Sue them for not requiring their teachers to do the same. Sue them for not providing your "school" the same funding they provide the other govt schools. Force them to defend the different policies in court. Sue them for not providing school breakfasts and lunches. Anything you can think of, hit them with it.

Then hit them with Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law.

EVERY SINGLE HOMESCHOOL FAMILY should do this.

In Illinois, Democrats have filed a bill that, if passed, will expand vastly the control of government over the education of children. House Bill 2827, dubbed the Homeschool Bill, would bring government control of home schools as well as private and religious schools. Home schools and private schools would become de facto government schools.

Homeschool parents would be required to provide local and state education authorities annual reports with their children’s personal information, including gender identity, without any restrictions on what data would be mandated. If parents fail to file this home school paperwork properly or in a timely fashion, they could be charged with a Class C misdemeanor and spend up to 30 days in jail.

An “education portfolio” showing the curriculum along with student progress reports would be required as well.

Under the Homeschool Bill, nosy bureaucrats could barge into homes to surveil and file reports on students and parents. Parents should rise up against this blatant government violation of the Fourth Amendment right to privacy and the Fourteenth Amendment right for parental control over their children’s education.

If you teach your kids they can't be indoctrinated with government mind control.

Our homeschool groups in a neighboring state have been praying for Illinois for a while now as we've watched this take shape. It's insanity.

Those of us patriots who have not yet fled HELLinois have been fighting the radical far left general assembly for years. HB2827's primary sponsor, Terra Costa Howard, has stated publicly about this bill that the state needs to know where these children are, and that they're okay. Talk about dystopia.

Also, tens of thousands of us have logged opposition witness slips to committee votes on this bill, only to be disregarded.

The arrogant super-majority democrats in the ILGA are drunk with power and will stop at nothing to accomplish their evil schemes.
