Here is something that I haven't seen from the "legal experts" though. Let's say CONgress brings him in for questioning. Everyone says he lost his 5th amendment protections so he would have to testify. The problem with this is he is still liable for state crimes (as his fake federal pardon won't protect him there).
Being forced to testify on the record in CONgress would absolutely give any state evidence that could be used in their courts. Regardless of how detestable this rodent is, that should not be allowed. Remember - they will do that to both sides when someone is pardoned once it is done one time.
CONgress should have to wait on the states before they interview him. Or - let other countries (who don't have this issue) do it first. For that matter, do Nuremberg part 2. Let them string him up. The first dozen or so trials there were quickly adjudicated, sentenced, and the people were marched to the gallows. I'm talking minutes between sentencing and swinging, and that was so fast some of the bodies were laid behind the gallows so the next guy up could swing.
It would probably take longer this time around, because Europe is basically socialist/communist, but even if he was found not guilty we could use the evidence for sate trials here without setting precedence on violating the 5th.

definately guilty of the crimes for which he has been pardoned. No doubt in my mind. But because he has a pardon, he cannot incriminate himself so the Fith can no longer be relied on by him where his answers to questions would incriminate him for crimes which he has been pardoned. Therefore he is compelled to answer any questions put to him even if it incriminates him. When does a bird sing? When it has gotten off scott free?
However, it was the autopen that pardoned him. Does that even count?

He can be compelled to testify at Bill Gates trial, for example.
And he can be prosecuted for war crimes - developing a bioweapon and releasing it is an international crime. He wasn't pardoned by the world. His "pardon" puts him on international trial, and strips him of the ability to avoid it.
Also I don't think the person using autopen has the authority to pardon. It would be amazing to see that fact used in his attempt to avoid being epsteined as well.
And if he doesn't sing- he can be held in contempt and tossed in jail just like Bannon... Fauci is is on the wrong end of a checkmate- the evil goblin just may get his due

Not necessarily... Trump had to pardon General Flynn when the crazy judge basically refused to let him out of court even after the DOJ dropped their charges against him.
There have been a handful of instances where the innocent have been jailed to the point of requiring presidential pardon. Fauci however, they'll need a special type of hell for him.
Murder is a state crime. His pardon does not cover that.
