She explains the seeming necessity for especially poor muniipalities to overstate their numbers (to get more funding), and the consequent skewing of numbers at Central government.
She is exposing a horrendous death toll due to Covid + Jabs.
422 Million deaths. That's more than the population of USA. Just saying. And they are still dying - she predicts it will rise to 500 Million.
The drop in population is Loosely confirmed by salt consumption from the biggest salt merchant in Japan - the market (everyone eats salt) has halved. Funeral homes are now expanding big business.
In the comments section, she points out that if the official (CCP) number is 1.4 Billion, then the infrastructure capacity/budget is set for such. But in reality there are only 300 -400 million people there for it. (This explains, for example, ghost towns)

Think about it... Population numbers has been their #1 military strength/attribute/deterrent for many years.
What if it always has been a lie? Who did the counting/census? Who reported it? Are they trustworthy?
The 'lying' was especially a symptom during and especially AFTER Mao's days, when the dream was to have the most populous nation (on par with India, at least) despite the weird anomaly of the one-child policy (from1979 to 2015 - oh how wonderful /s - eugenics at its finest) - which theoretically should have reduced the population. But, weirdly, the population kept increasing.
This lady points out that on its face it's wrong. It's mathematically impossible. People were 'juicing the numbers' at all levels, mainly to qualify for the government handouts and tax-breaks, and who knows what limousine and real estate purchases.
Combine that with a population that can turn murderous over little things like, for example, one's hairstyle (See: Taiping rebellion), and you get a fabulous mix of corruption and pay-back.
China not the only one lying about population. Blue states in US are likely 1/2 of reported (2020 census) once all illegals, fake people, and COVID dead accounted for. Dems will lose 1/2 of their reps in Congress and another 1/4 once voter ID enforced. Populations in “red states” are probably also inflated in all the major cities (trafficking and crime hubs).
Suspected same reason: more gov’t money for more people.

Yes getting population numbers up for $$$ is one thing, but don't forget that the covid-19 and the vaxxes were to reduce population. The rich don't want to share the crowded cites and beaches, hiking trails. The AI and robots will replace the need for all but 500,000 people... so they also have high numbers to not scare people about population drop.

It benefits the leftist deep state also. If China is a big enough threat on paper then lots of money can be sequestered that can be re directed as we've seen.
The population is also aging, they don't have enough young people coming up.

Never heard of her before now and have listened to several of her programs. She reads a lot of Chinese news and distils it rather expertly to be honest. But I don't think she is too far off. She seems anti communist, but doesn't appear to water any thing down or embellish. It's worth abl listen if China interest you and you have and discerning ear. The logic behind her population question is pretty good. Be hard to know but if it is lower it hides another significant fact, China will have less people to support and will be able tonfurther stretch her reserves to stretch out the tarriff war. Our current estimates on sustainability are 4x short in how long China could go based on her population estimates b.

Covid videos coming out of China were fake AF at the beginning of the pLandemic... they thought it was designed to spare their people.
But a surprise was waiting... Near the end, they were panicking with "zero Covid" policy. That's when they were realizing they got hit with their own torpedo. Millions upon millions locked in their homes to die.
