Auto-pen is legal... and can be used for legal documents IF the person authorizes the use of his auto-signature and is fully aware of what is being signed.
In some cases, Biden was flying on AF1, or golfing, or vacationing at the time his auto-signature was applied to documents in Washington DC. There was no evidence that he authorized the use of his auto-pen. If Biden verbally authorized it on video, or gave written permission or even an email or text authorization, then it might be OK. Without any provable permission, there is no evidence that Biden was even aware his auto-signature was being used.
Every law passed by Congress and "signed" by Biden over the past four years is invalid.
A Supreme Court justice appointed by Biden is invalid. Trump may be able to appoint a replacement justice.
All of Biden's "pardons" are invalid.
All of Biden's "executive orders" are invalid.

I'd like to think this too, but IIRC it's already been decided the auto-pen was legal, other presidents used it, case closed
